Melletios has thirteen years of experience as a lecturer in a range of Tertiary educational faculties and is a practising interdisciplinary artist for over two decades. He works specifically within photography, digital media, large scale architectural projection mapping, sculpture and installation.
He was the co-founder of Sydney's artist-run initiative βSpace3' in Chippendale from 2000 - 2006. βSpace3β fostered some of Sydney's most well-known artists today.
Melletios has exhibited and curated over 30 exhibitions since 1995. He has been a projection mapping artist for national and international events and has displayed work upon iconic buildings like the Opera House, National Gallery of Australia, The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) and Federation Square, Melbourne. His projection work transforms facades to evoke sensory illusion utilising photography, moving image, sound, and media systems.
Itβs with his extensive background in the visual arts community that he brings an exemplary model to the education sector as a teacher.
